I had a great experience buying my new car

! They were super friendly and approachable, making us feel comfortable right away. He took the time to show us all the features of the car and answered all our questions. What I really appreciated was how flexible he was with timing – he worked around our schedule for both the viewing and collection. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Outstanding service

Such a straight forward and enjoyable car purchase. Richard is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Richard organized the transportation and kept in touch the whole way. Can’t believe I would get the same level of service from any other car dealer. Would buy again in the future.

5 stars! Very kind, answered all our questions, was very helpful, has a variety of cars but fell for the 1 series instantly. Very good service!!! Recommend 100%. Gave 3 months warranty and recommended other places to get an extended warranty.

I won’t be using them again

My experience was Horrendous, I really would love to give these people great feedback because they were such nice people but I can’t sorry countryside cars. The dpf light came on flashing as I was taking my son to the hospital, on my sister's birthday and when we visited family for Xmas in Cornwall. I bought the car in November and returned it in December, it was terrible I’ll make a list of issues - dpf needed either cleaning or changing, it was pulling to the left quite badly, the brake was warped and wobbling when I braked, it was steaming up on the inside so a seal had gone on the windscreen or one of the doors you had to leave heaters ac on constantly auto, the wipers was no good and windscreen scratched quite badly, the paintwork was good but when dry looked like someone had used a scourer to clean it, and the jack and socket wrench was missing so if I had a flat I was in trouble. Oh and it leaked oil on my drive too as this was overfilled. They did have the car back to drain the oil but I asked for the dpf filter to be cleaned so it broke again as soon as I got it back unfortunately, also tracking didn’t fix the left pull but they did replace the brake disc. One thing I will say that’s positive is they didn’t argue with refunding me so thank you for that, I lost around £122 on insurance and tax though it was an expensive month. I now have to find another car.

Amazing service

I messaged late on Sunday night and got a reply instantly. They video-called me to show me around the car before delivering it to us (a three-hour round trip) as we were stuck without transport. All round amazing service.

What a pleasant ‘find’! This was as smooth a car purchase as anybody could hope for. Jennie was a joy to deal with, with great communication and manner. Nice to support a small, local family business! I wish them all the best and thoroughly recommend them!

5-star dealership honest and very quick

Fantastic Very honest dealer who sold me a great car - the exhaust had an issue after the warranty expired but Countryside Cars said “Bring it in and we will sort it” and they did with no additional charge Highly recommend this company and will come back in the future for our next car.

Pleasantly surprised

A small family business run from their home, which really is in the countryside. well worth the trouble of finding them for a very easy and pleasant visit. No pushy salesman, just give you the keys and let you take your time inspecting your prospective purchase. In my case there was a small issue when I got the vehicle home and a text to them got an instant phone call apologizing for the oversight and allowing me to take the vehicle to my local garage for reasonable rectification costs. The work carried out was refunded straight into my bank. All in all one of the most pleasant car purchases that I have had.

Excellent experience

Rich handled the sale brilliantly—honest, patient, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He even picked me up from the train station! The whole process was hassle-free, unlike those dealers who try to convince you that you need heated cup holders or a lifetime supply of air fresheners. The car was reasonably priced and a joy to drive. If you want a no-nonsense experience without the 'extras' pitch, this is the place to go!

Fantastic

After checking out what they had to offer on there website and coming across a very decent Tesla Model 3 Long Rang I made a call and within a week I was collecting the vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and accommodating, if visiting there is a decent layby opposite where you can park up. So to round up I'm very happy with my purchase thank you

Cannot express what an incredible awesome experience Richard at Countryside Cars gave us. Absolutely amazing customer service. Nothing to much trouble and went above and beyond with the purchase of a Discovery Landrover. We will not buy another car from anywhere else in the future.
